Savory Herb-Marinated Chicken
Ingredients :
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Mama Petrillo’s Italian Dressing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions :
- 1. Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, combine Mama Petrillo’s Italian Dressing, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Marinate Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for deeper flavor).
- 3. Preheat Oven or Grill: If baking, preheat the oven to 400°F. If grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- 4. Cook Chicken:
- Oven Method: Place marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Grill Method: Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- 5. Garnish and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
