Zesty Bruschetta Dip
Ingredients :
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
- ½ cup Mama Petrillo’s Italian Dressing
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze (optional)
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Instructions :
- 1. Prepare the Tomato Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, basil, garlic, and Mama Petrillo’s Italian Dressing. Mix well.
- 2. Optional Add-In: Drizzle balsamic glaze into the mixture for an extra touch of sweetness and tang.
- 3. Toast Baguette Slices: Slice the baguette into thin rounds and toast in the oven at 375°F for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- 4. Serve: Spoon the bruschetta mixture onto each toasted baguette slice or serve as a dip with the toasted bread on the side.
